Floating breeding box

Hi everyone, I’m wondering how I can put a Fluval .3g breeding box into a 55g tank. There tank can not have it mounted on the side, so could I attatch pool noodle to it and make it float? If so, what could I attatch it with?

Put the breeder box on one of your regular glass tanks in the house. JUzt start it full of water the fry came from.

That’s a heated 78 degree tank with predatory fish.

The Marina hang on breeding box are pretty neat imo. The water is drawn in from inlet bubbles from a air pump. The water is consistently being exchanged from the main aquarium and no worries about larger fish eating them.

The fry are in the breeder box. They aren’t going to get eaten and they’ll do fine at 78.

fill the breeder box with water from the terapurpura tank.
the fry will be very gradually acclimated to the new water by the bubbler / intake on the breeder box, which will constantly drip aquarium water into the box.
