Hi,
I have a 90g tank, I'm looking to add some algae eating residents that don't crap as much as plecos, are not snails, and are not aggressive towards other fish.

Any suggestions?

Thank you

Algae mag as mentioned really is best for walls.
What fish are already in the tank? What kind of algae? That’s really going to determine what will work.

SAE is good algae eater for hair and beard algae but poor algae grazer on glass.. Panda gara is attractive and good algae grazer. Doctor fish aka gara rufa is dull looking but good algae grazer if you don’t mind it to graze on your skin.

I tried one, but I found it to be too weak. It kept getting knocked off by fish.
You probably need a stronger one. On my 55 I have a scraper rated for a 125.

Ottos are great… depends how large the rest of ur stock is tho… i keep them in my planted tank but the main stock is only guppies.

Really does depend on stocking.
Siamese algae eaters,
Ottocinclus,
Hill stream loach,
Chinese algae eaters,
Prodichilous
Distichodus,
Garra,
Mollies,
Etc.
Really need to know what might work
