What are your water parameters? pH? Hardness?

Ph is 7-8 and the water hardness is neutral I think that is ok for rainbow cichlids?

Yes, rainbows could cohabitate with those.

Good for Central Americans,
not so good for S American dwarfs that prefer acidic conditions.

Yes, size and temperament are compatible. Festivum might tolerate your water parameters but only if you maintain good water quality. I have ph 8 tap and keep S. American, even have wild caught without issue.

Just be aware, if rainbow cichlids start to breed, they can get semi aggressive, like any cichlid. Mine killed one of my angelfish the other day because they started to breed.
