75 gallon filtration for african cichlids

I have a 75 gallon jebo fish tank 120cm *45cm *50cm with a built-in trickle filter that includes 3 baskets holding approx 2kg of ceramic rings each +2cm thick sponge pad in each basket.

The powerhead included is a jebo ap119 rated at 1200l/h.
I am thinking of stocking this tank with mbuna cichlids: yellow labs +acei and doing so , i will use seachem matrix for the 3 baskets .

Should i add a canister filter or 2 to improve the filtration? The cabinet allows the addition of 2 canister filter. If so, what brand and model should i get ?and if you think that other kind of biomedia is more suitable,please let me know.
 
I personally think you have enough media as is. Is it already cycled? The canister filters wouldn't hurt, but I don't think it's required. Might be nice for added flow.

The fish tank is empty for now, but the idea that 1200l/h is enough for my tank gives me peace of mind.
I also was thinking about using sicce syncra silent 2.0 to replace the jebo ap119 but it seems that those pump are very noisy.

I posted this thread because most people recommend over filtration for african cichlids.

The flow rate does not really directly impact filtration, per se. When it comes to flow rate it's more about the comfort of the tank inhabitants (and circulation).

Filtration, and indeed overfiltration, can be achieved with lower or higher flow rates. When people talk about over filtration, that tends to mean more about the tank being able to handle a larger amount of ammonia produced, like 2ppm or 4ppm, versus a lower 'standard' amount like 1ppm.
