Have been feeding the Hikari food pellets.

My kitties are approaching two feet and im looking into alternatives.

If I feed them chicken/meats/fish from the store will that create nutritional deficiency's or they have trouble with digestion?

Any and all help is appreciated

Been down this road many times… with many different large cat species. IMO… keep them/it on pellets as long as u possibly can. My 32” rtc would hand feed handfulls of massivore no prob. Theres no cheaper alternative to pellets, and they keep the fish full longer than prepared foods. Once u offer prepared foods they will most likely turn pellet feeds down. They get spoiled and ur wallet will pay for it lol 🤙💀

Is there a best place to get pellets in bulk?
Im seeing stuff on amazon, bulk bags 5,11 pounds, theyre for koi I assume.


It says "daily diet for koi as well as other pond fishes. It contains all the basic nutrition your fish need to live a long and health-filled life"
Is this "carnivore" enough for a catfish?
