Young Borrelli sunken belly, is he OK?

Got 4 borelli recently 2 male 2 female all look great but this guy seems really skinny with Sunken bellow. Loots of high quality live frozen and dry feed and I see him eat. Could it be parasites? what do you think?20230526_100427.jpg20230526_100433.jpg
 
Check your water parameters. What does its poop look like?
