Maybe a fungus but you said your friend didn’t take good care of him so if it was in a high nitrate environment it may be columnaris which is deadly without treatment but it’s too early to tell yet but I’m not 100% sure
Columnaris starts as a ( I think) white area that turns into red lesions I’m not sure
Yeah I did a quick search on it and if it is columnaris it’s in the early stages still, only thing is it seems to eefct the hill area more than anything and he seems to be fine there for now but I guess we’ll have to wait and see, I’m going to add some salt for now and see how it goesColumnaris starts as a ( I think) white area that turns into red lesions I’m not sure
Well he’s in good hands now. Keep that water quality high (extra WC’s or larger ones). And keep us Amatitlania nerds updated lol.Yeah I did a quick search on it and if it is columnaris it’s in the early stages still, only thing is it seems to eefct the hill area more than anything and he seems to be fine there for now but I guess we’ll have to wait and see, I’m going to add some salt for now and see how it goes
