Is my tank not level?

This is what I did with the level and the bubble was perfectly in the middle same with the stand and floor.

The bottom of the back trim is not the baseplate. It is not too clear from your diagram.

If your floor and stand is level and you just purchased the aquarium take it back and get another aquarium.

Ok so I found the cause. They just put too much silicone in three corners making them kinda prop up except that one corner. The tank has been running for about three months and I just noticed it today

Yes more of a cosmetic issue imo.
I think you should be ok if trim is not loose and supporting the glass.
