Looks good - but keep an eye as they grow. More than likely the jag won’t want to share that space with anyone once it gets some size to it.
Thank you for your advice and the compliment! I had a community for years in my 220, and I was looking for a single large "wet pet". I thought I had bought a Dovii but this isn't the case sadly. I'm currently looking for an Umbee or a Dovii for the 220, but it is damn hard to aquire one in the Netherlands...

I then sent her to a fellow MFKer due to my liquid rock city water supply that's a death sentence for Oscar's

Your tank is beautiful! As for what your fish is, I believe it is a dovii juvenile. It looks remarkably similar to these:
If it isn't a dovii, it could be a jaguar, or it could be a hybrid (mix of Jaguar and Dovii)

Thank you for your reply, you are the first one who thinks this is a Dovii. What concerns me is that there is a lack of blue coloration and no spots above the lateral line... Dovii x Jag came to my mind, one thing I do know is this bugger is really agressive. My female Jag (who is 8 inches at the moment, is very laid back and relaxed)
My Nessie is 10 inches at the moment and eats like a pig. Very interactive fish. My Ph from my tap is 7.9, luckily no HITH at the moment!
