Being completly honest father fish isn't all bad, he certainly is unconventional, from what it seems he keeps tanks like they are pondwater, which I understand, basically had a 10g set up like this, where it was a practical lagoon, but at least the only foreign bodies I introduced were from the LFS, or were just sticks and dead leaves.
I agree that there’s some merrit to what he says, but where I differ is that he thinks his way is the “right” way and that it would work for everyone and that we’re all being fooled into buying stuff we don’t need, like filters and food and that WCs aren’t necessary.
