For the fish in question, I know Exotic Fish Shop and Exotic Fish Guy have them in stock. Exotic Fish Guy even has long-fin platinums.

Also quite a few on Ebay as well, but Underground Exotics definitely has them for the lowest price.

Surprisingly he’s not terrible, not like waterfront in Utah where it’s $100 plus to ship out of state.

Waterfront's shipping is heavily dependent on the size, quantity, and species of the fish that's being sold; a single Julidochromis, for instance, only warrants a shipping price of ~$20, while a larger order with larger fish, such as, say, an adult Vieja, will have a much larger shipping fee, somewhere up in the hundreds. I don't think it's a factor they can reliably control, as I know a few other highly reputable businesses that are forced to operate in that manner. From what I can hear, Waterfront does have good-quality fish and reasonable prices, so they have that going for them, at the very least.

I don’t know why they are so high. Yes for a singular fish it’ll be $20 but even when I tried to buy an 8 inch Florida gar, it was $78 for shipping.
I have also ordered from Global fish, predatory, eBay, and Jason’s Plecos. I still recommend global, jason, and underground over Predatory. They are either hit or miss

shipping is not controlled by the seller, its provided by UPS/FEDEX Rates and the more you ship with either of them they will give you a better rate eventually. if you want check out the rates yourself you can try goshippo.com and see it for yourself. I shipped a box that was 10x10x10 and it costed me $75 + 5-6 fee for using the service CA to NC. if your trying to buy stuff from west to east expect shipping to be higher vs east to east where i shipped a fish out from OC to SF was only $40 UPS 9:00 AM Arrival.
