I had a nice deep fried Barra fillet with some chill, garlic and lemongrass at the local Vietnamese restaurant last weekend, pretty tasty.
Got to love a fish with three pros
Good eating
Good keeping
Good fishing.
Had a whole fried barramundi up on a farm earlier this year. Was pretty good. At cookabarra farm.

Here in Australia you are far more likely to find a barramundi in a frying pan than a fishtank
