They are beautiful, but I've never kept them, can't help you much. I've heard they go well with uaru and severums, but different types may have different ph requirements. The Uaru I beleive need much lower ph than most other of your fish. I love Chocolate cichlids, but they'd get a bit big for an 80 gallon tank, if you had a 120 or 150 that would be great.

Bro see the water quality in photos it's yellowish i always poured some boiled Indian almond leaves water and some dried boiled leaves to release tannis , and make ph lower ,, rn ph is around 7-8 actually in future I'm going to setup it like a biotope like lots of driftwood etc
I'm talking natural environment ph of mid 5s. Your fish, your choice, just didn't know if you were aware.
If you're just going to use sponge filtration I suggest large weekly water changes and gravel vacuuming especially around the sponge filter.
There is a top filter too i placed a rock because it's pressure is too high and it's looks good when bubbles coming from hole rock also the flow of water is also nice

Even if you get a larger tank, I would eliminate the inappropriate stockings and make space for appropriate stockings.
Here is what I would do: 3-5 severums, 1 BGK, and some large tetra dithers. You could probably do some more, but I would highly reccomend severely cutting back what you have now, even if you are getting a larger tank.
The other fish are incompatible for the long term. The bala sharks and flagtail get 12+ inches, making them obviously too large (the bala sharks are also very active fish, therefore needing a larger tank); the stray angelfish needs to be in a school or at least with similar fish such as Discus, and finally, the uarus need to be in much lower ph water.

Also, you need to clean your tank a LOT more than every ten days with your current stock...and at the risk of sounding like a determined-to-clean/fix-up-everything-in-sight mom...for heaven's sake, fill up the water to the top, lol.
I genuinely don't mean to come across as overly critical or anything. There is a ton of potential with your tank, and you have some awesome fish, but proper fishkeeping is so much more rewarding than throwing in a bunch of random stock that will eventually outgrow your tank.

Sorry for interrupt but did I mentioned about Bala sharks , angels , etc fishes in photos in comments so why to discuss about them ( I have some different plans for them )
for uarus and one severum in the photos ( my centerpiece) i have some nice bond with them so they are not going anywhere,
then come to flagtail I'll post the photo ( it's not more than 3 inches and it really have very slow growth rn it's more than 3 months+ and haven't see any difference in flagtail except for some dark yellow colour with blackwish - grey spots on body and top fin spots marking getting darker,,, and i think it needs around 2 years+ to go that much big that it needs full tank,
Then come to redspotted severum, they are babies rn so having both rn in this tank , I'll divide them with my new tank when they grew up to the size of current green sevs
For other two green sevs I am thinking to give one severum back to the aquarium store or to my hobbyist friend because there is a bit aggression in these 3 medium size sevs so after giving one I'll divide 2 in my both tanks .
For bgk they are also small not more than 4-5 inches , and from my knowledge they are also slow grower don't know exact growth rate but obviously lower than uarus and sevs so rn both are in this tank I'll also separate them with my new tank

Give a bit more suggestions what will be the best size of tank for my fishes ( don't count fishes like Bala sharks , angels etc ) only for sevs , etc so that these nasty Eater get big enough to eat whole big leaf of spinach in one time,, ( pls size that is in my budget)
btw they are good in nutrition giving them pellets two times a day ,, along with dried food items like shrimps and larves .

Also giving veggies items like spinach , cucumber ( not rn) , boiled carrot all cutted in small pieces. 2-3 times a week
