Strongest submersible filter for dead spot?

I have an 8 foot with a sump, and fx4 I drilled on one side. I don’t want to drill anymore and add another fx4, but there is an area that accumulates poop, I want to add a strong submersible filter to handle that spot any suggestions

Either vacuum what settles in the dead spot
or get a power head to add flow to the dead spot

Vacuuming out the detritus would be the best of all worlds.
If its in a filter, its "chemically", still in the tank, so still degrading water quality

A filter is a collection device
The gunk isn’t gone until you clean out the filter

I will just vacuum more consistently then! Thank you, I do sometimes, but gunk accumulates on one corner sometime
