Personally I’d only go with a lap for lower jaws. Yes there’s lots of cheap lights, check eBay. You can also just go to Home Depot

I love the laps color but i think i can only Get ansorgii and endli for the moment, but anyway i need to buy filter and light first

I've had good luck with the beamworks led lights. Super cheap and mine have been going for years. For filters, as mentioned, the aquaclear 110 is the best for it filtering abilities for the price. A lot of people have had luck with the sunsun canisters.

If you’re dead set on a lower jaw, I’d get CB endis. But I strongly think you’d be better off with delhezi.
If your budget is tight, I’d shop for used AC 110s or even 70s or just go with some large spongefilters with strong pumps and have a good maintenance schedule. Check CLL pet supplies on eBay, they sell cheap lights and have good deals on the sun sun 304b if you want to go that route
