Will a 180 gallon be able to house 2 oscars and a tiger moray eel the dimension are 72x24x24 and the filtration is gonna be 1 fx4 and 3 125 gallon sponge filters

I'm going to say, no, I'd look at a 72x30x24 (LxWxD) or even a 72x30x30 to keep the eel happy. and in the tank As for the filtration, add another fx4 and do weekly 20% water changes. Big fish poop a lot!
20% would be insufficient (by far), regardless of filtration.
The moray eel should not be put in aquarium with 2 Oscars. Moray eels have poor eye sight. Oscars will scarf up food in a blink of a eye. Will out compete moray eel for food. Over feeding would be all bad with messy large bioload Oscars.
Moray needs rocks and pipes structures to help them feel safe. You can't do that in with Oscars because they move rocks around so could possibly crack your aquarium.

Tank is large enough but I agree with Lindsey that they are not ideal tank mates
My oscars are slower when it comes to feeding time the catfish usually gets it faster
