That thing looks kinda like a Loach, its body shape... However, my question is what are those black striped-spotted perch-like looking fish?

Great pics!
Just weird photo angles.
The rtbs is in with a group of Leporinus ortomaculatus and Anostomus ternetzi.
Guessing you are referring to the leps.

Can't remeber if I posted this before or not.
Some tanks here have glow in the dark silicone. It fades after a short while.

Saw this tank an LFS. Instructions written on two sides of the tank simply read: No selecting colors.
I think they were 15 or 20usd for 10.

I finally found some time to install the filter canister and get the streamlet at the back running better. The plumbing needs some beautification but that a job for another time and place probably.

Got two batches of albino ancistrus fry growing out. They will likely be given away and some used as algae cleaners in various tanks.

Finally found a group of 8 Anomalochromis thomasi, African Butterfly Cichlids, and added them to the 75gal African tank. Now need to top up the Angola barbs, and add a school of rocket/clown killifish and it is set to sit and mature.
I have to find time to connect the filter canister and do the plmbing but that is jaws the mission. Currently, the tank as a small circulation pump and is filtered by anubius, bolbotis, val and floating plants.
