It's old legendary farm of Discus fish that used to placed in Hong Kong and Taiwan.
They did made bases of most of modern domestic form of Discus.
Their original recipe was minced half sea prawn meat, half boiled bloodworm and 2~3% of sea crab eggs but I made mine with just 50% shrimp meat and 50% boiled bloodworm.
The bloodworm was cooked for 1~2 mins till they turn gray and cooled down before mixed and blended with shrimp meat.
