Tips for breeding Corydoras for a beginner?

Hi everyone, I’m looking to start breeding Corydoras in my 20-gallon tank. I have a group of 6, and I’m wondering what’s the best way to trigger spawning? Is a cool water change effective, or should I focus more on high-protein live foods? Also, any advice on protecting the eggs from being eaten would be great!
