Jaguar catfish bloat help.

So I took a Jaguar catfish from someone I know that neglected it. He's still small but has a really bad bloat. And I can't seem the narrow down the cause or how to treat it. It seems pretty severe. I'll attach pictures. My water parameters are all in check in this 20 gallon quarantine tank. Any help would be great. He swims just fine. He's not just floating upside down or anything.

Are you sure he's bloated, and not just ate a lot?

They can eat quite a lot.

I would provide some cover to reduce stress. Preferably some drift wood. Than I would just wait till it's belly beomes normal again. That can take some weeks.

I'll hold off on the feeding and see if it subsides.
