His scales were lifted and theirs blood clog on the scales. When I lowered the water did a 50 % water change, add salt and raised up the temp his scales started improving and eyes looked a lot better but he still have the blood clog, and bubbles around his face and mouth.. he's also letting the current push him into the tank almost like he's blind or just weak...That isn't dropsy, dropsy is usually severe swelling of the body cavity and a pine cone like appearance of scales. This looks bacterial in nature...
