Jardini dropsy

Can somebody help me out my 10 inch jardini scales started lifting next thing his eyes are puffed out and bubbles started growing...can it be cured or is it too late? I'm so sadden by his suffering.

Doesn’t look like dropsy. Check ur water ASAP. Add some kanamycin/triple sulfa and hope it gets better. Remove any carbon. Add salt 1 tsp per g. Keep the water pristine and check daily.

That isn't dropsy, dropsy is usually severe swelling of the body cavity and a pine cone like appearance of scales. This looks bacterial in nature...

I lowered the water level, changed 50% of the water, add salt accordingly and raised up the temperature. I dont have time to go out and get triple sulfa

Keep temps 78-80. Don’t go too high.

His scales were lifted and theirs blood clog on the scales. When I lowered the water did a 50 % water change, add salt and raised up the temp his scales started improving and eyes looked a lot better but he still have the blood clog, and bubbles around his face and mouth.. he's also letting the current push him into the tank almost like he's blind or just weak...
