He looks very much like a Venezuela to me. They're great fish, and very vicious at that! I definitely miss mine. They're very shy at first, but this does not last ;)

Fortunately, Americans who wish to attend school in Canada, do not have to take an SAT, or an ACT. :) So, that's definitely a bonus. And, I agree. Canada would be a great place to start the rest of my life! And that's another thing I noticed...there were jobs EVERYWHERE! :)

You definitely have a pair! The female is the smaller one, and the one with the orange belly. The male, will eventually be much larger, and will have more of a blue color to his fins. Convicts are notorious for constantly breeding. Already, mine have bred several times this month. But, they're...

I would sell the tapajos, and get two or three super red severums to add to the severum that you have. If you were planning on getting a catfish, you could try banjo catfish, or something exotic like that. :)

While I was in Canada in July, my fish were unfortunately not properly cared for, and I lost sixty percent of the fish that I had in my 75 gallon aquarium. I was left with 2 convicts (a breeding pair, of course), my red severum (I am so thankful it didn't pass), my brown knife fish, a very timid...

I found all of Canada to be more ethnically diverse than the United States, and yes it's very different than Georgia. But, it's a different that I really love. I'm applying to the university of Calgary, and hopefully will be accepted :)
