    Do your Bichirs dig?

The only real digging mine will do is rooting around with it's head in the sand, but I think she's just looking for worms and such. She never actually buries herself, although sens aren't known for it...

    Any pleco compatible with delhezi?

I have a gibby with my sen and I've never seen the gibby sucking the slime coat. In fact the majority of their interaction is the gibby chasing the sen away from his cave. Otherwise they rarely if ever interact.

    What's so "special" about these?

To be honest you absolutely can't go wrong with a senegal, kind of plain but they have great personality and are pretty much fool proof. In my experience they're very robust little fish and are a good introduction. If they're too plain the delhezi is also a good choice, just as tough as the...

    What's so "special" about these?

I love everything about them, their body shapes, the various patterns each species has, watching them chase down food after lights are out. Most have wonderful personalities and at least in my opinion are just all around interesting fish. The species you want will be determined by your tank...

    Good Veggies

Hey guys, so what good veggies have you fed your plecos? I know the regular good food for them but are there other good veggies that aren't often recommended? I ask because my Grandpa has a huge garden and usually has too much to eat, I was wondering if I would be able to give any of it to my...

    Help please!!!!

What sort of filtration are you using? A good start would be water changes every couple days, and use something like Prime to detoxify the nitrates. Consider adding plant species like water lettuce and red root floaters, they absolutely gobble up nitrates.

    new 4 inch Ansorgii

Such a cute little poly, I wouldn't be surprised if it's stealing pellets for the tinfoils. At any rate it looks good and healthy, looking forward to seeing grow over time.

    Sexing a senegal bichir

As Ivan said it takes a while for them to reach a mature enough age to accurately judge sex but after a while it becomes pretty easy to spot.

    Senegal's first feeding!

Lol, mine loves the heater too, not sure if it's because it's warmer there or just a nice place to rest between the glass pieces. Also I love seeing their stomachs after a good meal.
