    Little update. Colors are washed out but The bigger one started eating fish fillets since 3 days ago and now a happy eater, He is grabbing more even he is full and can't eat anymore. The other one still shows no interest in eating. Hopefully she will watch her mate and follow him soon. Sorry...

    Yup we have both and also 3 more channa species. They are marulius, punctata and striata. Anyway I had seen gachua once but they are not as colorful as yours. and im not sure much that body shape looks bit different as i remember. What are you feeding them bro?

    Nope, That link got wrong pics. You can easily id them because orientalis lacks pelvic fins.
