I agree with you bass are really kinda boring until you feed them, I love catching them and am an avid fisherman but having one in a tank makes me think a ton of them watch a lure go by and you only catch the most aggressive.

How do I boost elodea growth? I hear stories of it growing like crazy but mine hasn't moved in a month. I add liquid co2, liquid fertilizer, root tabs. I have some anchored and floating. i have pretty hard, alkaline water for my African fish.
