my monos, farm on left, wild on right. The wild ones have more yellow in them, and are larger. I am guessing they are around the same age because all four fish slowed down on growth about the same time.

I'm willing to bet that the hump is related to species breeding. My large wild Mono hard a hump once he got bigger and the smaller male started to get a hump too, yet he is a smaller size then the larger male. This would lead me to believe that the smaller male's hump is a reverse dominance...

Wow. really, this is one of the few tanks I have ever seen where the craftsmanship outside the tank looks better thank the specimans inside the tank. And your fish are beautiful (especially the Peacock Bass)

my farm monos wouldn't eat anything but live feeders until I introduced my wild ones. The previous owner had them on freeze dried foods so they would take anything. After 3 feedings of raw market shrimp the farm boys joined in.
