I was curious as to what is everyone’s rarest or most unexpected breeding to date. I remember reading somewhere about a guy who’s ghost knife’s unexpectedly bred and he would find the juveniles in his canister filter regularly. Anyone else have something that happened like this?

I searched for this and couldnt get the right answer so looking for some insight. Currently in my 180 I have a 6" Fahaka, 2x raphael cats, and feeder guppies. The feeder guppies have been in the tank since inception. I used them to test the new tank to make sure it was fully cycled and ready...

3 pea puffers should be fine but that's the max i would do in there. A couple guppies of the same sex is also an option.

If it is a small pond then this will probably not be beneficial but people use the permaculture and duck method to seal ponds with no liners and just soil all the time. Plenty of videos on youtube about it.

I only know how to get rid of them the fish route (as in fish that eat them). Those would be pea puffers, yoyo loach, clown loach, zebra loach, other puffers as well if the snails are larger like mystery snails or what not.

I have a newly cycled 125 gallon tank with nothing in it and looking to start fresh. I’ve tossed around the idea of a centerpiece aggressive fish but think I’d rather go with a oddball tank. One thing I do want is some active fish. I’m okay with bichirs and such but I don’t want a gulper cat...

That is correct. The long 2x4 is to hide the bottom trim of the tank since i'm going to give it a "built-in" look. 36.5" is the span

Did you mention you built that stand yourself? If so it looks amazing. I see you have self-leveling feet. Did you have to beef up and get industrial grade ones for all the weight or how did you go about this?
