nice tank i think i might want to start salt water. prob when i upgrade my freshwater tank and use the spare one for salt. having 2 big tanks with the same run of fish is kinda stupid.

Dont do that, i bought a inch long bichir and put it with my guppy colony. it ate all the fry and killed all the females. then i put it in my minnow tank and it ate a minnow that was too big and killed itself.

those are nice looking oscars. i used to have some these are them.:headbang2

when i have fish that like to hide i take their hiding spots away until they get used to it. then i give the spot back and usually they dont hide anymore, if they do i scare them out until they give up.

How big do African Dwarf Frogs get? What other similar larger species can i keep with large fish such a Jaguar Cichlids or a Midas? Also anybody who has these post your pictures I would like to see a monster frog.:popcorn:

Ich is finally starting to clear up in my tank but my pictus lost both of his whiskers. there are some white strands hanging off of the stubs. only the primary whiskers fell off. will these grow back? i will have a vid up this weekend :headbang2

i heard if you poop in your fishtank it will give your plants extra vitamins and minerals.

i may upgrade since i will have to anyway when i get a 110g. it all depends on the prices and reliability, i want the most effecient thing for the least amount of money.(thats what we all want) ha ha :) if i went HOB i would go aquaclear for the lifetime warranty or aqueon for the quietness...
