I was bored with the current setup on my AR15, so I decided to do a little remodeling. Iron sights and red dot scopes are nice, but it's no fun to shoot a 12" target at 100yds w/o magnification, it's almost impossible to see where you're shooting. The build was inspired by the US Navy Mk 12 Mod 0/1 SPR (special purpose rifle). I couldn't afford all the real parts that are used for the Navy's version, so I had to improvise.
