Dude that is all fun and games, till they get about 7' - now i fear for my dogs' safety. They really like to swim, or just cool off in the shallow water in the pond at my in-laws place. Which has three gators 5'-7' that appear to be figuring out that they are now bigger than the dogs. No incidents yet, but the gators are slowly getting braver.

What i want to know is where he "hid" approx 6,138 Yds or 8,164 Tns of material? I see alot of people saying he should put a rtc in there. Do rtc's live at a depth of 14ft? I wonder why he made the whole pond that deep. Couldnt he just dig 6 or so "wells" down to that depth and leave the rest at a much higher depth? Either wayits pretty damn cool. I can only imagaine just the fuel costs to run those machines to dig that.

awesome pond though and i love that its natural. my soil is clay so I tried doing by backyard pond natural, but alas it would never clear. luckily you don't seem to have that issue. or hedgehogs, those damnable hedgehogs.
