I wonder where the hell all these babies are coming from????

I'll talk to the owner when I go tomorrow to see if he can shed some light on this massive influx. He seems to be pretty in the know about things like this.

Was that a serious question??? HELLL YEA YOU SHOULD TRADE IT IN! What size tank are you housing your 20 or so babies in???

My babies are in a 125. Well untill I get rid of the bichir whom Im afraid will eat the babies they are floating around in that tank in those small plastic critter keeper things!

Im thinking of trading my 12" ornate bichir for 10 more. Should I?

Personally I would do that trade. If someone offered me 10 dats for my delhezi, I would definitely go for it.

JD, I really like my bichir as she has some GREAT colors and since Im getting them so cheap it really wouldnt be worth it to trade her in. Its just I need her out so I can let my babies out into the tank!!

Also JD by whats said in your sig it looks like we have the same wife!!

Some updates on my little guys. These black worms really are making them grow like weeds. I have one in here that truly looks like a wide bar. Can you spot him?

middle pic top left/ and top pic all the way to the left in the middle??? they look great!

couldve got lucky... but i think hes going to be the "Indo in the Showtank".. When do you think youre going to try and introduce various foods for them? Like how big will you let the Dats get? and what other foods?

I know he is still an Indo but he does look quit lovely! And youre right he for sure is a keeper. I also have quite a few with split bars, however only two that have split bars on both sides so they are keepers as well.

Well as far as food Im just trying to grow them up as fast as I can right now. Im using live BW since ALL of them will eat it. IVe also fed finely chopped market shrimp, frozen krill, and frozen bloodworms with some success but not every single one will eat, so for now Im just going for growth.

Im not really planning on getting them onto preard foods untill they are big enough to be free in the tank (about 3").
