Chopped up earthworms 5 times a week and feed with a turkey baster so you can squirt them all over the tank or straight at the ropes mine have been fast growers put on 2" in around 5 months.
There are other types of food going in but they only really like chopped shrimp and dried river shrimp on odd occasions.
I have put 2.5" on my tiger Datnioides microlepis with this diet in 9 months.
Big water changes and good filtration might have allot to do with it too.
