i'd go with some sturgeon and if you want to add A LOT of guppies, thats what they did at seaworld. there arapaima/rtc/gator gar etc. tank has millions of guppies and theyll never die out.

o and if you have the cash why not a manatee?

I think you would HAVE TO stock guppies. Gambusia murder mosquitos and then control algae. A large pond like that is a skeeter haven. Gambusia will also provide a good breeding food source for the other fish you (he) stocks. Who doesn't like to eat a guppy, anyway. Little popcorn fishes.

If the pond is 10ft deep and the size you say. There is no reason why you could not put Koi in. That of course depends on where you live. But it is deep enough to cater for most places as they would get the heat from the bottom in the winter. Where did you say you live ?
