Wow! Nice mermaid! No need to get any fish with her in the tank!!! LOL

The Purflow unit is nothing but a big mechanical filter its .5 or 1 micron i dont remember but basically what happens is water goes in the sump up a wall down a wall to the main chamber and to some of the submerged media then in to the pump and to the purflo and THEN to the sprinkler ( about 15% of the return flow the rest goes back to the tank) on to the "Matrix" and then back to the sump .....
Here is a shot of my sump its incomplete ( still missing my continuous drip system that got lost in the mail and also my pre-filter wall is temporary waiting on my coarse sponge)
The other shot is a "sneak peek" of the tank ( lighting is temporary and aquascaping not complete ) and way to many fish in it for the state of my bacteria colony.
But that will be a whole new thread it will probably be in the "lesson learned " section or in the "help" section.
Time will tell .

nice FRT i hope that their population build back up and that captive breeding starts to happen regularly cause i would love to get my hands on one of those
