Telmatochromis pair, nanochromis pair, shell dwellers, appisto`s etc.
I actually have a 10g set up right now and for the first time in about 10 or more years I had a tank with no cichlids, I have a few different species of shrimp, guppies that breed regularly and a group of 5 pygmaeus corydoras. there is so much activity and there its always fun to see the little baby guppies weaving in and out of the tangle of plants.
It`s actually right next to my 120g cichlid tank, so this way I get both. If I had a 20 long instead I probably would have gone with kribs and some normans lampeyes.
