11-14 here:) Our walmart does not sell tanks anymore. So that is the cheapest, which is petmart (I would not but a topfin tank anyways).

more power to you then bro! don't glue the liner to the wood though. build the tank, seal the seams then put the liner in in one piece like you would a pond. it's very hard to seal pond liner pieces together.

yep, actually i think they're $10 now. last time i bought any was a couple years back. still cheap though. can get a full 55 setup for 179 without stand obviously.

I do not want to put it in like a pond because it will have seams and wrinkles. It is not too hard sealing it...

I want to try this method because I was thinking about it on a largerscale. Of course, on a larger tank I would use pond liner seaming tape.
