I would say pea puffer or maybe a single figure eight puffer (most people would say a 20 gallon is minimum). Or you could use your 10 gallon as a growout for your larger tanks, then possibilities are endless.

A friend of mine had killifish and they would mostly sit around at the top of the tank all day. But they would eat rosies if they were small enough.

Yes they will they'll kill and eat most any small fish and there's mouths are fairly large for there bodies males how to about 4" and females slightly smallers males usually have better color. Also an awsome choice and if they were available around me I'd probably have a group!
I have two of them and they do eat whatever they can fit in their mouths. I have tons of con fry and that's what I feed them. The females are drab and boring but give the male a good diet and his color will be amazing. Here's a pic. You could also make it a dwarf puffer tank. But u have to have a lot of hiding spots and plants. I kept 8 dwarf puffers in a 10g before and they're really fun to watch. They won't eat minnows though.
