Im talking about authentic asian food not you so calm down My conclusion comes from the fact that other main food types use cheese so drasticly through out the menu like take Italian food would be terrible without cheese same with mexican and american food. I mean you cant get away from cheese in these types of food but with chinese or mongolian food its hard to order something with cheese on it. Just makes me think about my orginal statement
That in some cultures when the milk went bad they would toss it out instead of putting it on something
