remember that , it was hard . my first umbees were from rare and unusual cichlids and they were very nice but closed about 1990 and since then ive kept some not so nice looking umbees but they were gold to me though , ha ...

ya the umbees are my favorite cichlid i have right now and the 10 incher is coming along . he has a long body and big lips , big as his brothers lips at 14 inches . i hope they keep growing with his body because they could slow down and even out with his face . like i always say , just waiting ...
 
Such a nice pair you have your very lucky!
I'm much more into the african's but these beasts are just so colorful.
It's a shame i've never seen one in person.

they must be illigal there? good thing we have the forum . i really like snakeheads and have kept plenty but now there hard to find . plenty off pics for me here though :drool: . thanks for your comment ....
