The electric catfish would have been a good addition. When it came down to it, I just looked up which electric fish (catfish, ray, or eel) had the most volts, and it was the eel! So that's why it's there.
To be honest, I completely forgot about the Stargazer, I had heard of them a while back though. They would definitely be right at home in a list like this!
I really like mud skippers, can't see that video in Canada though.
