the floor lift is a "dock hand" you can get them at HD supply centers or you could modify a motorcycle lift to do the same job ,you just can't be to fat

All that plumbing and equipment isn't doing anything, hell that might even be fresh water in there.. I bet they just asked for a reef tank and had that built.
