I have seen people with piranha's in there tanks here in Mass.

If you want something close to piranhas maybe try Pacus. My father-in-law has one and he is awesome! He is my favorite fish in his tank. Also plecos are pretty interesting, although they can get expensive.

Yeah your right for a 100 gal. My father-in-law's pacu is growing really fast too. Sorry I'm new at this stuff

Yeah stay away from the Pacu's. I got a 13" one in a 55 gallon. I do fifty percent water changes 3 times a week to keep the water somewhat clean. He gives off alot of waste. He keeps eating plecos and snails. So there no help with cleaning. I hate it.

I like Fahaka puffers...but your limited on other fish in the tank.

What about a School Firemouths,and some Bichirs.

Get some pike cichlids. They're cool and eat voraciously like piranha.

Look around on piranha-cove.com and http://www.piranha-fury.com/pfury/index.php?act=home. If you're lucky you mayb able to find someone selling piranha in your area. Piranha are not as hard to acquire compared to snakeheads.
