I would do ac110 over penguin any day. We have 2 and I hate them lol I don't even use them on my big tank, I use them on the 30

Mine work great(I have 3, getting 4 after my 350 avrives this week) I gues it is a matter of getting a good one an opion.. IMO I really like them but that is just me...
I would at least consider 2 penguin 350s instead of 1 AC... same price too get 2 penguins or 1 AC...
Yeah everyone has their own opinions, like I don't use canisters and I probably never will. Love my hob, but many like canisters. All depends on personal opinion

when I had my 120g, I ran 2 ac110's and I was not disapointed at all. The best filter for media imo
Yeah if the tank wasn't already coming with an emperor I would go with 2 aq 110's
