With the recent influx of members derailing buy and sell threads, the MFK staff regretfully feels the need to impose a penalty for doing so.

Members will undergo a suspension of no less than one week from utilizing the forum for the following reasons:

1) Contesting the asking price for an item being sold. It is up to the seller to post a price and modify the price accordingly. If the seller is asking too much or too little, that is at the seller's own discretion.

2) Contesting the identification of a particular animal. It is up to the seller to properly identify the animal for sale and for the buyer to know what he or she is buying. Instead of causing inflammatory situations within threads, PM the seller with your concerns.

3) Soliciting items for sale in a thread composed by a different author. Please do NOT post your own items for sale in someone else's thread. It is just as easy to open your own thread.

4) Posting inflammatory remarks about another member within a thread in an attempt to compromise credibility. This one is pretty self explanatory.

5) Attempting to resolve a dispute in a seller's thread for a situation that happened in the past. Threads are posted for current items for sale. Any problems that you may have with another member, should be taken to PM. If there is a situation that you feel is beyond your control, please PM a moderator.

Bumping and promoting threads will not be considered derailment as they do not cause potential problems between members. If there is a post that a member feels fits the above criteria and has been missed, please PM a moderator informing them of this. Offending threads posts will be deleted and the member will be PMed, notifying them of their impending penalty. Penalties given out will be at the discretion of the moderator reviewing that thread. Repeat offenders will be subject to more severe penalty.

The moral of the story here is...."It's better to keep your negative remarks to yourself rather than risk suspension."

bump for a beautiful cichla! That fish has some awesome markings. Doesn't look like a regular wild ocellaris IMO.

pay no attention to L Aquatics. He likes to inquire about fish then not respond to PMs.

I should know he's done that to me before.

thanx trust... alot of stuff was cleaned up here... so i rather not say more, involving derailments with everyone that was involved before!!! i appreciate the BUMP!!!
