i think im going to need lots more media

as i had to change the sump size at the last min

its now 60 long x 30 wide x 20 deep

Hi richard like i said before in your other posts about your sump,its very surprising how much media you need,ive got a 1000 bio balls and 2 25kg bags of alphagrog and about 50 scrubbies and this doesnt even fill the 48 x 18x18 sump i was going to use lol
now il be having a 60x20x18 so il need more

how come you had to change from a 6x2x2?

so the sump didnt clash with the concrete posts

now i have given ND plenty of time to sort out the problems i have had

i can shout this

DO NOT USE ND FOR PIPE WORK

I have had them back 4 times to fix leaking pipes and still it drips they came back today to fix the same drip they said it was fixed and to leave it until 9 pm before turning the pump on which i did

i turned the pump on and still dripping from the same places so im still only able to run 2 out of my 4 pumps

NDs response was you will now need to call a real plumber and they will refund me for the pipework

i am more than pissed the reason i went to ND in the 1st place was they said they would do the WHOLE job for a set price this is not the case and they have run away rather than fix any issues

a junk company stay away
 
Dang that's a shame, the rest of it looks so good and they've let themselves down on the piping. Hope that gets sorted soon for ya, all looks good and those tinfoils are massive! Waiting for full tank shot now matey.

p.s: love the sofa!
 
disappointing to hear about ND's service-I plan to use them next year for my tank but thats without the pipework and sump

Meant to ask-in the sofa pic whats the flooring you're using?
 
sorry to hear about your problems with ND,but id only be having the tank from them,so would you recommend them for the tank only?

ps we need more pics lol.
