1000 gallon / 3800 liter acrylic fish tank 7ftx6ftx3ft made from one old & one broken tank

Honestly, Viktor, posts like yours above make me want to dip my toes into the world of acrylic tanks, just so I get a chance to play around with projects like this one. :)

The water from this tank overflows into these two tanks, which in turn overflow into that tank over there, which then splits into these three tanks, which all flow back into this last one and then the pump returns it up here to start over again. The fish are all at this end because they get blown around too much at the other end. Pipes everywhere, water roaring and gushing, drains and valves and hoses and adaptors and couplings and connectors...oh, my! A DIY aquarist's...if you'll pardon the pun...wet dream. :)

When I grow up I wanna be just like you! :)

Have a bunch of 40 that I was going to scrap because it’s way outside of its expiry. Apr 21 stamped on the containers.

Heard you mention you’re using old 40. How do you know how old is too old?
The shelf life is 1 year IIRC it says on the jugs. Also, if it takes 10x-100x-1000x longer to harden, then it is way past expiry.
