I hope to start stocking slowly next week. I will start with a few fish for a few weeks then add a few more, until full. As for lids, i'm building four lids out of plywood sealed with a layer of coraplast.(corragated plastic sheets) I will have cutouts with temperd glass inserts to place the lights on.

Just a thought on the chiller, but would an aluminum automotive radiator work? I'm not saying what you have won't, I'm just thinking lol.

wow what an awesome build. this is a long read but worth it all I enjoyed it immensly it sure adds more desire for me to build a monster. Im working my way up slowly. I bet your fish are getting itchy fins to try out their new home. I will be watching for more on this build

Heres a few pics. I just siliconed some plants to some rocks to test the look. I'm going to add more as soon as I finish the lid and lights. The pics seem to come out best with the lights in the room out. Should be better when I install lights on the tank. Decorating a 9'x4'x4' is gonna be fun.

Oh and the Pacu in the pic is about 12" long.

Nice to see it's got lots of space to grow in to;)
