105 gallon wet pet suggestions

I have to say it’s interesting seeing how different the coloring is from each of our fish as I’m sure they came from the same seller.

Agreed! I got gifted another pair of TUIC heterospila from a fellow addict, I mean, hobbyist 😉. Added them my T. helleri 125G. These have more of a yellow base than mine.. And they're inseparable...

Interesting the variety in colors. Might have to do with lighting as well?

Agreed lighting may play a role.. But the difference in my two groups, both from TUIC, still appears visible to me..

Maybe mood has an impact, as the new pair seem to be a happy, compatible pair in with some relatively peaceful T. helleri and X. montezumae, while my original group is in with my killer V. Melanura pair and a group of feisty T. meeki...

Or maybe the original owner of the new pair provided a different diet than what I've fed my original group..

Addict is a perfect description of most of us! That pair is beautiful and their eyes are lit up Christmas trees. How large are they?

Thanks! I really lucked out getting this pair.. Hopefully no drama, if / when they spawn... I'd guess they're about 4-4.5".. smaller than my original group which I'd guess are 4.5-6+"..

My 10 are around 5” and still bickering with each other, no pairing yet. Any idea when they typically mature and start breeding? It’s my second time keeping them and the last time I didn’t give them very long before I passed them to a friend.
