SIGHED IT AS WELL good luck and if they are going to outlaw anything it really should be puppymill's people who have/or had snakehead keep them and get more ****the law and they cant lock everybody up and i believe that if they outed SH why would outlaw a rtc,tsn.oscar,these fish i posted can eat every thing in a lake as well, and grow to crazy size's y is it the snake outlawed? sorry its a touchy subject for me! people can be really stupid but this is a cake winner
 
he's had it for so long and they can't just let him keep it til it dies? doesn't the government have better things to do than to harass some guy and his 10year old fish?

because they can walk on land, and breath air, crawl over 100 miles to other lakes and rivers and kill for the fun of it.. so i've heard..
 
The plus side is that the .gov is really taking into consideration that A) the fish can not survive their winters and B) The owner is a responsible keeper.

This case may shed some light on channa in a positive way, ie, not all are cold water killers that can survive our winters and are actually decent pets.

Another plus is that they are actually lettin ghim keep him until the case is setteled. That to me says ALOT!

Also a $25 fine. Thats laughable...that is the same fine in my state too. :)
